- 1852 July 24
- Launched at the shipyard of William H. Webb, New York, for Williams & Guion, New York. Employed in the New York - Liverpool and the New York - New Orleans packet service.
- 1865 March 2
- Wrecked on the Frying Pan Shoal, North Carolina, and became a total loss. After having left the wreck in the boats, the crew of two of the boats was picked up by the coaster Charles C. Leary.
