A full-rigged sail training ship built in 1882 by Burmeister & Wain, København, Denmark. Her dimensions are 30,72×7,68×3,35(d) meters [100'8"×25'2"×11'0"(d)] and tonnage 203 GRT, 149 NRT and displacement 400 tons.

- Launched at the shipyard of Burmeister & Wain, København, for Stiftelsen Georg Stages Minde.
Employed as a sailing schoolship.

- Collided and was sunk by a British steamship.
- 1934
- Sold to Alan Villers and company, Great Britain, and was renamed Joseph Conrad.
- 1936
- Sold to George Huntington Hartford, USA.
- 1939-1945
- US Merchant Marine schoolship.
- 1945-1947
- Laid up.
- 1947
- Transferred to the Mystic Seaport.
