Steel three-masted ship built in 1898 by Rickmers Reismühlen, Rhederei und Schiffbau AG, Bremen. Dimensions: 81,44×12,20×7,54 meters and tonnage: 2065 GRT, 1985 NRT, and 3060 DWT.

Launched at the shipyard of Rickmers Reismühlen, Rhederei und Schiffbau AG, Bremen, for their own account.
1912 April 1
Sold to Schlüter & Maack, Hamburg for DEM 150.000 and renamed Winterhude. At the same time re-rigged as a barque.
1914 August
Laid up at Taltal, Chile, at the outbreak of World War I.
1920
Returned to Ostend from Taltal after a 144 days long journey with a full cargo of nitrate.
1921
Handed over to Great Britain as war-compensation.
1922
Sold to Baltische und Weissmeer Handels- und Schiffahrts GmbH, Danzig.
1925
Sold to Wilhelm Helmsoth A.G., Hamburg, and renamed Selma Helmsoth and was laid up.
1925 Autumn
Sold to Gustav Erikson, Mariehamn, Åland, for £ 1950, and re-named Winterhude.
1939
Laid up in Mariehamn, Åland.
1944
Sold to the German Navy.
1949
Broken up by Ritscher, Hamburg-Moorburg.
