Mabel Rickmers
Steel three-masted ship built in 1898 by Rickmers Reismühlen,
Rhederei und Schiffbau AG, Bremen.
Dimensions: 81,44×12,20×7,54 meters and tonnage: 2065 GRT, 1985 NRT, and 3060 DWT.

- Launched at the shipyard of Rickmers Reismühlen, Rhederei und Schiffbau AG, Bremen, for their
own account.
- 1912 April 1
- Sold to Schlüter & Maack, Hamburg for DEM 150.000 and renamed Winterhude. At the same time re-rigged as a barque.
- 1914 August
- Laid up at Taltal, Chile, at the outbreak of
World War I.
- 1920
- Returned to Ostend from Taltal after a 144 days long
journey with a full cargo of nitrate.
- 1921
- Handed over to Great Britain as war-compensation.
- 1922
- Sold to Baltische und Weissmeer Handels- und
Schiffahrts GmbH, Danzig.
- 1925
- Sold to Wilhelm Helmsoth A.G., Hamburg, and renamed
Selma Helmsoth and was laid up.
- 1925 Autumn
- Sold to Gustav Erikson, Mariehamn, Åland, for £ 1950, and re-named Winterhude.
- 1939
- Laid up in Mariehamn, Åland.
- 1944
- Sold to the German Navy.
- 1949
- Broken up by Ritscher, Hamburg-Moorburg.
