An iron barque built in 1868 by Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow, as yard no. 171.
Dimensions: 217'2"×34'5"×21'0" and tonnage: 1114 GRT, 1066 NRT and 998 tons under deck.

- Launched at the shipyard of Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow, for A. & J.H. Carmichael, & Co's "Golden Fleece Line"., Greenock. Assigned the official British Reg. No. 55466 and signal JLDG.

- Sold to Rederi AB Standard (Ernst Roberg) for £ 1460. Assigned the official Swedish Reg. No. 2907 and signal JGPF. The new measurements were 65,50×10,50×6,41 meters and tonnage: 1114 GRT, 1066 NRT and 1530 DWT.
