Dimensions 286'8"×42'5"×24'0" and 2115 GRT and 2048 NRT.
Had the usual company lion figurehead.

- Launched at the shipyard of Napier, Shanks & Bell, Dumbarton, for Devitt & Moore, London.
Assigned the official British Reg. No. 96592 and signal LGDK.

- In command of Captain John Robertson Brown late of the same owner's ship Duke of Athole.
- 1893 December - 1896 May
- In command of Captain Warren W. Smith late of the same owner's ship Illawarra.
- 1896 May -1900
- In command of Captain Henry Norquay Forbes late of the same owner's ship Harbinger.
- 1897
- Sailed from Sydney to London in 89 days with a cargo of 7428 bales of wool.
- 1989
- Sailed from Newcastle, NSW, to San Francisco in 51 days with a cargo of
coal.
- 1900
- Sold to T.A. Shute, Liverpool.
- 1903
- Sailed from Dover to Callao in 68 days.
- 1922
- Sold to Dutch owners.
- 1923
- Broken up in Rotterdam.
