- Sold to Rederiselskabet Niola (N.P. Høer), Skien, Norway, and was renamed Niola.

- Sold to T.S. Rasmussen, Stavanger.

- Sold to Emil Gottfrid Holm and partners, Halmstad, Sweden, for SEK 30.000. Assigned the official Swedish Reg. No. 5500 and signal JTLN.

- Sailed from Pensacola with a cargo of pitchpine for Dundee.

- Sunk by the German destroyer No. 44 in the North Sea c 15 miles SO of the Smith Knoll Lightship. The crew was brought to Wilhelmshaven by the destroyer.
