Museum of the Pacific War; Ship sections, including the Fire Control area of a cruiser. Display on famed Japanese warship from Russo-Japanese war: while touring Japan after the war, Nimitz found the ship in terrible condition, and had it set in concrete and made suitable for display.
The HA-19, a Japanese midget submarine which was built in 1938 and was beached at Pearl Harbor after the attack is also on display.

The battleship USS Texas (1912), is the only remaining warship which saw service during both World Wars.
The WWII torpedo boat PT 309 is currently being restored at this site.

The museum, which was founded in 1975, features Texas maritime history. There are also several Texas coastal workboats.
