Balasore

A four-masted steel barque built in 1892 by Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow. Dimensions: 94,79×13,25×7,43 meters [311'0"×43'6"×24'5"], tonnage: 2724 GRT and 2562 NRT.

1892 July: Launched at the shipyard of Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow, for Eyre, Evans & Co., Liverpool.
1913 November 11: Sold to Knöhr & Burchard, Hamburg, and was renamed Dalbek.
1917: Taken over by the United Shipping Board, Postland, OR, and renamed Red Jacket.
1918: Renamed Monongahela.
1923: Sold to Charles Nelson, San Francisco.
1936: Sold to Kelly Loging & Co., Vancouver, and reduced to a lighter.
1943: Lost.
