King James

A four-masted steel barque built in 1892 by Russell & Co., Greenock. Dimensions: 85,05×12,71×7,36 meters [279'1"×41'9"×24'2"] and tonnage: 2305 GRT and 2178 NRT.

Rigged in jubilee fashion, i.e. nothing over double top and topgallant sails.

Launched at the shipyard of Russell & Co., Greenock, for J.A. Walker & Co., Glasgow. Captain W.S. Drummond.
1893 March
"Lost by fire" according Lloyd's Register.
