1856 January 8: Launched at the shipyard of Greenwell Brothers, South Shields, for John Anthony Woods, Newcastle. Assigned the official British Reg. No. _____ and signal ____. Employed in the Indian and Eastern trades.
1863-1866: In command of Captain William Robert Pearce.
1864 January 30: Sold to Killick, Martin and Ritchie, London. The ship was still registered at Newcastle.
1866 November 28: Sold to william George Laidley and Thomas Ireland, Sydney.
1867/76: Sold to Capt. W.R. Williams, Wellington.
1876 June 17: Wrecked in Cook Strait on voyage from Newcastle, NSW, to Wellington with a cargo of coal.
