A four-masted steel ship built in 1889 by Barclay, Curly & Co., Glasgow. Dimensions: 93,87×13,30×7,69 meters [308'0"×43'8"×25'3"] and tonnage: 2578 GRT and 2498 NRT. Rigged in Jubilee fashion, i.e. nothing above double top and topgallant sails.
Sistership to the same owner's fourmast ship Janet Cowan.
